In keeping with our commitment to quality, our return policy states that once the product has been delivered, we cannot accept returns. Once delivered to the customer, we cannot be assured that they have been maintained at the proper storage temperature so as to guarantee their future efficacy. All of the products that we sell are sensitive to temperature, humidity and light. For all damage/order error claims, please contact our office within 10 days of receipt and review of shipment so we can quickly handle your unique situation. We take tremendous pride, not only in our relationship with our clients and their patients, but also in the quality of the products they receive.

If you receive your order damaged or with an error, we do require that you contact us within 10 days of receipt, so we can quickly correct the situation. If you have not received your order, you must notify us by email within 30 days of the date of the original order. If we do not hear from you within 30 days, it is assumed that you have received your order and you are pleased with your purchase. No consideration of a refund, replacement or discount will be offered after the 30 days has passed. |
