Our shipping rates are a flat rate as shown in the table in the checkout screen. Shipping on orders over $100 after any discount is free.
Our goal at Enliven and Enliven Functional Medicine LLC is to provide you the best quality formulations delivered in the timeliest manner. If you receive your order damaged or with an error, we do require that you contact us within 10 days of receipt, so we can quickly correct the situation. If you have not received your order, you must notify us by email within 30 days of the date of the original order. If we do not hear from you within 30 days, it is assumed that you have received your order and you are pleased with your purchase. No consideration of a refund, replacement or discount will be offered after the 30 days has passed. |
